[By Electric Telegraph.—Coptbight.] [Pbb Press Association.] SYDNEY, June 30. (Beaeived Jane 80,1891, at noon ) Mr Dibbs was elected for Murrumbidgee yesterday, but he was third on the list. The following is the state of parties at present:—Ministerialists, 48; Oppositionists, 44; Labor candidates, 36; Independents, 5. Freetraders, 63; Protectionists, 67; Doubtful, 3. There are only eight members now to be returned, and these are likely to swell the ranks of the Protectionists.
