The oontraot steamer Tainui will leave Lyttelton for Plymouth via Rio de Janeiro on Saturday, May 30. Mails oloae here as .under:— For the United Kingdom and Foreign Countries via the United Kingdom, etc, at 10 a.m. on Friday, 29th. Registered correspondence at 5 p.m., on Thursday, 28th. d Money orders at 4 p.m. on Thursday, 28tb, Book packets and newspapers at 9 a.m. on Friday' 29th. Late letters bearing an additional single rate of postage as a late fee (2Jd) can be posted in the mail van attaohed to the North train leaving the Dunedin railway station at 11 a.m. on tho 29th. The above mail will olose at the Branch Post Offices, Dunedin North and South Dunedin, for money orders at 4 p.m., and registered lettets at 5 p.m. on the 23th: letters at 930 a.m, and newspapers at 5 a.m. on the 29sh. At the Port Chalmers Office at 5 a.rn. on the 29th, money orders at 4 p.m., and registered letters at 5 p.m. on the 28tb.
