TRAIN ACCIDENT.
[Special to the Star ] A passenger to Invercargill by the Southern train telegraphed to us this afternoon:—"The express to Invercargill met with a slight accident close to the Waipahi Junotion at 1 p.m. to-day. Six empty trucks left the line, three of which went over the embankment. No injury was done to the passenger cars, and all the passengers are quite safe. An hour's detention was caused by the aooident."
