The amount of revenue oolleoted at the OußttWu-bouse on ponds cleared to-day for consumption was L 1,795 63 3d.
THE RAILWAY REVENUE, It is expected thai the railway revenue for the yesr will realise L 1.113.237, as compared with the Treasurer's estimate of L 1.080.000. The expenditure for the year wai about 1701,000, thus leaving a net proflt of L 412.287 from the year's operations. MINING NOTES. It is reported that Mr Fred Evans, manager of the Phoenix m'ne, will shortly le.ive for England, with a view to endeavoring to float that extensive property in the Home market.— •WakatipMail.-
