The Premier has been advised that the Minister for Education has been able to make Buch arrangements as will obviate the nece:Bity of his resigning Mb position in the Ministry. The Marine Engineer hj gett'ng out plans for a lighthouse at the Snares of solid masonry. In all probabUity Sir F. D. Bell will be reappointed Agent General for a short term.
