A MINING CASE.

WESTPORT, October 22,
In the District Court to-day Judge Broad gave his decision on applications by Mr Haselden (instructed by Messrs Maoassey, Kettle, and Woodhouse, of Dunedin), on behalf of a number of the Dunedin shareholders in the United Victory Quartz Mining Company, to have their names removed from list of contributories. All the applications were granted.
