CORPORATION LEASES.

Mr R. B, Martin offered for sale this afternoon a lot of Corporation leaseholds in the City and Boroughs of Mornington, South Dunedin, and Roslyn, and in the Kaikorai and Wakari districts ; also small farms in the Waihola and East Taieri districts, The attendance was good and the bidding spirited. It may be noted that some of the properties in South Dunedin were purchased at the upset price. The following were the sales effected : Allotment 5, part 30, 34, block 6, Manse street, 33ft 7in frontage ; upset, 17s fid per foot.—Purchased by Messrs Brown, Ewing, and Co., at 265, Allotment 1, section 20, block 15, Stuart street, 66ft frontage ; upset, 10a per foot.— D. H. Hastings (as agent), at 14s per foot. Allotment 24, Maclaggan street, 1 rood each ; upset, L 5 per annum.—T. S. Gustani, at upset; and section 26 in the same block by W. Todd, at the upset. Allotment 1, section 6, block 7, South Dunedin.—T. Heffernan, at upset of L 4 per annum. Allotment 3, section 6, block 7, ditto,— J. G. Gray, at L 4 4s per annum. Allotment 7, ditto.—H. Warr, at L 4 per annum; and allotment 10 ditto, by P. Casey, at L 4 per annum. Allotment 29. —C. Johnson, at upset (L2 10s). Allotment 39.—L. Murphy, at LI 10s (upset). Allotments 69 and 71. —C.
