MEETINGS OF CREDITORS.

BE A. M. I.OASBT. An adjourned meeting of creditors in the estate of Andrew M'Cattney Loasby, of Dunedin, chemist, was held at the Official Assignees office this afternoon. , The Assignee said that the pos tion of affairs was that the proceedings had been adjourned from the last meeting in order that the bankrupt migfit supply him with some information with regard to payments on the bill of sale. The bankrupt bad supplied Mr Solomon with part of the inforraationrequired, but not with all; surely he could trace his actual payments. Before the bill of sale could be said to te right the actual payments on it must be known. With regard to other affairs, a prospective purchaser of the business had turned up, and the bankrupt had made up a list of the stock. The Bankrupt stated that he would supply all the information required by the Assignee, and the meeting was adjourned sine die , with the understanding that the Assignee would call a meeting as soon as anything ot special interest arose,
