[Pee United Press Association, i GISBORNE, March 20. At the Supreme Court Edwin Nolan was sentenced to eighteen months’ imprisonment for robbery with violence, and James Dixon fined L 36 for assault on a boy. Mary Ann M‘lntosh and Ambrose Wickens were discharged for assault on John M'lntosh. CHRISTCHURCH, March 20. At the Police Court to-day, Martha Dalziel, who drowned her infant son in the Rakaia River on December 29, was committed for trial for murder.
