The Kaiwarra Battery, commencing at noon, fired ninety - one minute guns—a tribute to the Emperor Wilhelm. GREYMOUTH, March 16. There is every- appearance of another flood. It rained heavily last night and this morning. The river rose 3ft above highwater mark yesterday afternoon, and has risen Ift within the last hour. A telegram from up the valley says that the water there is within 30in of the Jubilee flood.
