MONTREAL, February 16.

Sir Charles Tapper agrees with the Treaty entered into between the United States and Canada regarding tho limits of the fishery boundaries, and he considers the decision is a fair and reasonable one. The Treaty will probably be ratified immediately after the election of the United States President.
