SIR J. VOGEL GOING HOME.
Our Wellington correspondent wires : Sir J. Vogel left Wellington for Lyttelton this afternoon. His visit is in connection with private affairs, and it is uncertain whether he will deliver any address to his constituents. He proposes to take a trip to England next month on entirely private business, and expects to return in August, so that he is not likely to be present at the reassembling of Parliament.
