The Conference have resolved that the letter rate by sea from Adelaide shall be 4d per Joz, or via Italy 6d per *»; also, that whore a Colony to which mails are despatched by P. and'*).' steamer vides for malls by sea, Great Britain shall p*y id per letter and 3s per cwt for other mail matter.
