The Chairman said that notice of motion had been given that the Trustees wash their hands of the matter and make no provision whatever. Provision had been found out of the Dempsey fund. Mr Solomon said that the Dempsey fund was not intended to be so applied ; such an use was never contemplated. He would move that the Secretary be requested to obtain a copy of the balance-sheet ot the Dempsey funds. The motion was carried.
