Drunkenness.— For this offence, Hinry Dixon was fined ss, with the alternative of twenty-four hours* imprisonment. Keeping Unregistered Docs. John M'Neill was fined 2s 6d, without cost*, for keeping an unregistered dog. Lawson, Awtin, who did not appear, was fined 5s each on two unregistered dogs in his pOBSBSBIOD' Using Threatening LANou.iOK.-i/istOTeß Haiqh was charged with using threatening language towards his wife, Margaret Jane Ilafgh.—From the evidence it appeared that defendant was given to drink, and that when Intoxicated he was in the habit of using violent and threatening language towards his wife and children. He was bound over to keep the peace for three months j himself in L 25 and one surety in L 25, ___________
