THE 'TABLET.'
TO THE EDITOR. Sin, —I was very much surprised at the remarks that dropped from His Lordship Bishop Moran on Wednesday evening last, when he was presented with a testimonial by his congregation. Had his Lordship read an article that appeared in the ' New Zealand Tablet' (headed a "Mean Attempt") in itj issue of the 14th inat. he would not, lam sure, have given expression to such a statement. I quote part of the article, as well as his Lordship's remarks, and leave an unprejudiced public to judge whether they coincide or not: Bisnor Mohan. ' New ZraTjAND Tablet.'
