John William Skipworlh was charged with obstructing with his horse and cart a Lara-cir on the public road Mr Sira appeared for the informant; MrCalveit for tho defendant.—After hearing evidence the Bench dismissed the case. (Before E. H. Carew, E q., 8.M.) Affiliation.— Alexander Fraser, el South Dun edin, was charged, on the information of Eliza Jones, with not supporting his illegitimate chi d. Mr Finch appeared fur the complainant; Mr Fraser for thedifendant. —Af e* hearing evidence, His Wort-hip adjudged rhe defendant the fath r of tho child, and ordered him to pay 4s pr week ;to be paid month'y.
