MEETING OF CREDITORS.
KK W. H. J. KASBLL. The first meeting of the creditors of William H. J. Rasoll, of Cavcrsham, wheelwright, was held this afternoon. The debtor's statement showed debts L 124 Is Id, and assets L 27, the principal creditors being C. Avid, L4212s 9d ; P. Rutherford, Ll4 10s 8d; Dunedin Iron and Woodware Company, L 39 14s 4d; and E. Smith, Ll2. The bankrupt having been examined, it was agreed, on the motion of Mr Ciacken, seconded by Mr Russell, to recommend him for his discharge.
