A SCENE IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS.

(Received July 80,1887, at l.£o a.m.) In Committee on the Irish Land Bill, a most disorderly scene occurred last night. Mr Healy resented the interruptions of Mr De Lisle, member for Loughborough, Leicestershire, and threatened to break that gentleman's neck, whereupon he was admonished by the Speaker and suspended lor a fortnight.
