Satukday, July 16. (Before E. H. Cat'ew, Esq., R.M.) J. Watson v. R. Anderson.—This was a judgment summons for L2 193. Mr J. A. D. Adams appeared for plaintiff.—Defendant was ordered to pay the amount claimed, with 3s costs, forthwith, or in default be imprisoned for seven days. G. f. Dodds v. W. Bradby.—Claim, LI. —Judgment for plaintiff, with 9s costs. W. Borlase v. J. Honeybone.—Claim, L 5 6s 6d, for rent.—Judgment for plaintiff with 103 costs. S. M'Coombe v.W. Heath.—This was a claim for the wrongful conversion of cattle. Mr Solomon appeared for plaintiff; and Mr J. A. D. Adams for defendant.—After hearing the evidence for the defence, His Worship deferred his decision until Monday. ———i—m—^— m*m
