THE NEW HEBRIDES. LONDON, June 29, (Received June 30, 1687, at 11.30 a.m.)

In the House of Commons to-day the Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, replying to a question, said that the papers elating to the New Hebrides would be resented to Parliamentwhenthenegotiations still proceeding between the French and British Governments are concluded. This, he hoped, would be before very long.

THE CRIMES BILL.

LONDON, June 29-

Mr Smith has given notice to move on Monday next that the cloture be applied to secure the itnmodiats passage of the Crimes Bill through the House of Commons.
