Mr Meatyard appeared for plaintiff; Mr Wilkinson for defendant.—There was a prossaction, in which Rasell sued Alexander for L 5 7s, for repairs to a cart, and, after evir dence had been taken; judgment was given for the plaintiff Alexander for ;the difference between the two claims. . ? :
