E. F. Lawrence v; R. Miller.—Claim, L2 16s I'd, for meat supplied.—Mr Denniston appeared for plaintiff, for whom judgment was given, with costs. ' Irvine and Stevenson v. J. Forsyth.— Claim, L 5 16s, for goods supplied.—Mr M'Keay appeared for plaintiff, for whom judgment was given, with costs. W. Alexander v. W. H. J. Rasell.— Claim, L 8 Oa Bd, for goods supplied. Mr Meatyard appeared for plaintiff; Mr Wilkinson for defendant.—There was a prossaction, in which Rasell sued Alexander for L 5 7s, for repairs to a cart, and, after evir dence had been taken; judgment was given for the plaintiff Alexander for ;the difference between the two claims. . ? :
