TO THE EDITOR.
Sir,—The individual who does the carting by night is at it again. The marks of cart-wheels on the sand are observable every morning. It is but right that the public should be assured that no noxious matter is being shot on to the beich. Perhaps some of the residents might keep watch for a few nights if the police are too much employed otherwise. —I am, etc., Hygiene. Dunedin, April 19.
