GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS TO BE BOYCOTTED. [Special to Press Association,] LONDON, April 14. (Received April 16, 1887. at 1.14 pm.) It is stated that a gigantic scheme is in course of preparation which has for its object the boycotting of all officials connected with the administration of the Crimes Act or who side with the Executive. It is expected that Irish Americans will court arrest in order to embroil England with the United States.
