[From Odr Own Correspondent.]
ST. ANDREWS, April 7.
The arrangements for the southern camp are most complete, thanks to Major Atkinson, who is working most energetically. Major Burwell and Lieutenant Close have arrived; also B Battery Artillery from Dunedim Howitzer guns have been forwarded from Tinr.aru. The situation of the camp is excellent, both for the troops and visitors. The tents for the Invercargill men are all ready, and are in the best position. _
