It was felt by every passenger on the tram at the time that such a dangerous system of working these trams should not ne oontinu r d. 1 here would just be as much sense in starting the horse-tram with only one man to both drive and collect the fares, leaving the horses to do just as they pleased whilst he was going round for the fares.—l am, etc., 6 DANGER.
