(aeoeived July 9,1886, at 9 p.m.) The Legislative Assembly has been sitting continuously since yesterday afternoon in consequence of the Opposition members stonewalling the Bill to give effect to the alterations in the customs duties. i 0 p.m. (Reoelved July 10,1886, at 1.16 a.m.) - The Assembly is still sitting. The galleries have been cleared. A point has been raised that there is no House, as the Speaker did not take the chair to-day. Great confusion exists. Messrs Sheppard and Wisdom have been suspended for disorderly conduct. SYDNEY, July 10, 11 a.m. (Received July 10,1886, at 1.10 p.m.) The Legislative Assembly is still sitting, and it is thought probable it will continue to do so until Tuesday next Several scenes and great confusion have occurred, and members have threatened one another with personal violence.
