A despatch from East Saginaw, Michigan, states that while the crowd of people were standing a few days ago on a bridge at that place, watching a boat on fire in the river below, the structure gave way, precipitating sixty people into the water. Many persons were badly bruised. Thirteen otheis are missing, and it is feared that they have perished.
