KEAST AND MCCARTHY.

A meeting of shareholders in this Company was held this afternoon for the purpose of considering a proposal to call up the remaining capital. Mr T. S. Graham occupied the chair, and about thirty shareholders were present. Mr G reiki moved and Mr Hartie Beconded—" That the directors be authorised to call up the uncalled balance of 5s per share in five calls of Is each at intervals of three months, the first call to be made payable on the 15th of February."
