The following telcgrqui, addressed to tHo CHairmp of the Chamber of Corameice, was jfeßfeivea this morning from Sir Julius Vogel:—“ South Sea Islands. —Have agreed with Napier Chamber of Commerce to give free passage to Islands and back of a dele-gate-selected by Chamber, but without other expenses, on condition that his report on his return be Wade public. Happy to oiler you same facility,” At a meeting of the Committee this afteriioon.it was (decided to accept the oiler of the Goyemipent and to send a delegate from this, Chamber. The Committee will meet to-morrow to decide who their representative shall be. -
