The Queenstown paper states that two tourists, who left the Head of the Lake for Martin Bay about a month ago, passed through so ne unpleasant experiences. They were lost on the ranges for a fortnight—the half of v> Inch time, it is stated, they were without ftod, the weather being also very wet. They were discovered by Mr Webb, a Martin Bay settler, who brought one back to the Head; the other was unable to return, and is now lying at Jamestown awaiting the Government steamer to le conveyed to Christchurch,
