The arrest of Captain Baron Portier des Echelles continues to engross public' attention in Austria. It has transpired that Italy was the Power that bought the sketches prepared and disposed of by the incAnfctted officer, and that the sketches related t#-the works in the Malborghetto Pass, .which is a very important military position, aud \he fortifications of which were only finished la it year at enormous cost. ly
