The Government are equally determined to carry the measure through, and the House has now been sitting for twenty-four hours continuously. SYDNEY, December 14. (Received December 14, 1883, at 12 20 p.m.) The debate on the Land Bill was continued until an early hour this morning, when the motion for the second reading of the Bill was carried on a division by seventy-six votes to sixteen.
