Nelson, 24th April, 1882. |HE SALE OF THE LICENSES of the _ 173,000 Acres of Pastoral Lands which have been divided into 20Euns, as announced in the preliminary advertisement of the Bth Maroh last, will take place at the Land Office, Nelson, on Wednesday, the 31st May next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon. The areas of the Runs range from 5,000 to 22,000 acres, and the upset rentals from L2O to L 199 15s lOd. The average area of each Run being 11,354 acres and the average rental L7B. Possession will be given on the Ist March, 1883, the tenure being for ten years from that date. Plans and further particulars can be obtained at any principal Land Office in the Colony, and at the Court-house at Waiau.
