Thomas B.'undell, L2; WilLum Uepburne v. John Gordon, L 27 10s, for commission. Willicm Wynn v. John O'Brien.—Ckim, T. 3 fu, for rent. Mr Micgregov appealed for defendant, who paid L2 5J into Court, and judgment was given for plaintiff, withcut costs, Alexander Brown v, B. C. Calvarley.— Claim, L 69 13d 9J, alleged to be duo for royalty or rent of a sand-pit.—ln this prs-viously-hoard caso His Worship now gave judgment for plaintiff for tne amounk olaimed, with costs, Cjldhmiih's Tra*t«e v. J. A. M'Dermid. —Claim, L3(i la lid, moa«y received by defendant on behalf of plaintiff. This partly-heard case came up again, His Worship deciding against bha nonsuit point raised at tho previous hearing by Mr Mouat, counsel for defendant.
