HOME AND FOREIGN. [Rsdtsr's Telegrams.] LONDON. December 1. Three per ceut. consols, 971 ex. div, The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 200,000,000^8. The total stock of tallow in London on the Lt inst. was 13,625 casks. At the wool salts to-day 8,800 bales were catalogued. The tone of the market was firm, with active demand for low scoured. Prices were rather weaker. The report of the indisposition of the Queen was based on a paragraph appearing in the ' Globe,' and is not yet confirmed.
