The wool sales re-opened with a smaller attendance, and the bidding was less spirited, but pievious prices were sustained, especially in greasy Borts. The Bales will closo on June 21. Wheat is quiet. INTERCOLONIAL. [Rbxttbr's Tblbgioms.] MELBOURNE, June 9. The depositors in the Australian and European Bank agree not to remove the balance of their current accounts within a certain time. The investigation of affairs is satisfactory. Thirty thousand pounds will fully cover any likely loss. A call of LI per share, in two instalments—July and August—has been made. The Provincial Bank investigation shows that the expected assets will realise L 15.000 to L 20,000 more than was estimated. A call of LI per share has been made for the present to assist to cover the liabilities. It has been resolved to voluntary wind up.
