The Wool Sales. Messrs Cafgills, Gibbs, and Co. have received the following wool telegram from Messrs Helmuth, Schwartze, and Co., dated London, 26th inst.:—" The sales closed without further change ; prices aro as low as in June, 1870,? The quantity held over and withdrawn from present series comprised 29,000 bales. General state of trade is very depressed."
