TimaniandChristchurch.-—Per Beautiful Star, at LSO p.m. Late letters, guard's van, Port Chalmers train, 2.30 p.m. TVBSDAY, FBBRUAKT 4. Northern Ports of New Zealand—Per Arawata, at 1.56 a.m. Late letters, guard's Tan, Port Chalmers train, 2.39 p.m. Wrdnxsday, February 5. Australian Colonies, via Hobart Town and Southland.—Per Tararua, at 1.60 p.m. Late letters, guard's van* Port Chalmers train, at 2.80 p.m. NOTICE. A travelling post office has been attached to the Southern Express Train, and late letters for any «f the post offices on the main line and branches can be posted in the mail van, provided they are prepaid with an additional single rate of postage as a late fee. Correspondence for Invercarglll will, unless otherwise specially addressed, be sent overland; and until further notice tho mails will clone dally at Dunedin at 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. . (Signed) Akoh.
