Lawrence, March 11. —The Ministerial party reached here at two o’clock pane* taally. On the platform were the Mayor and Corporation, who presented an address, and the local brass band played “ See the conquering hero comes.” The party at once adjourned to the large wool stores close to the station, where fully 500 children from all the schools in this district were assembled. Under the direction of Messrs Woods and Towsey they sang the National aud New Zealand Anthems, after which Sir George Grey addressed them. He promised on the part of himself and his colleagues to advance in life the most promising pupils the district turned out. After more speechifying a sort of procession was formed into the town. The party has now gone OR a visit to the Blue Spur.
