•"‘Public Notices; ■jg'ETV INDUSTRY. PATENT LIQUID WASHING BLUE. This Blue is superior to those in ordinary use. It gives to White Linen, Woollen, and other Clothing a more even and brilliant tone. Ten to fifteen minutes in the Blue is long enough. Streaking is caused by allowing the clothes to be in too long. Passing the clothes, after bluing through water slightly soured with tartaric acid,' will cause them to look still more brilliant. Note. —The maker doesnot, “ Sam Slick ” style, hawk this from house to house, having some consideration for the fair interest of the.Trade; nevertheless, families will, bybuying this Blue from their Grocers, obtain a cheaper and better article than any other in the market. Do not judge ,of this Blue by any other, but prove it by triad. Sold in pint bottles, or in quantity if desired. CONCENTRATED NEW ANILINE DYES.
