DRAPERY. HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES REDUCED. Over 1,874 Ladies’Jackets, Mantles, Capes, Dolmans, Polonaises in broad cloths, Pilot, Beaver, Satara, Ripple, Diagonal, Imt. Seal, Deerskin, and Astracan. The above comprises a Stock of English and French Models, cleared at a mere nominal price in the old country, all worth from 45s to 70s, ■will be offered for sale at from 15s to 30s. 800 Boys’, Girls’, and Maids’ do do, equally cheap. Such Bargains were never before seen at the commencement of a season. This favorable opportunity of purchasing such goods is owing to the extremely fast voyage and opportune arrival of the ocean steamer Mongol.

Black Silk Velvets, superior makes, excellent value ; English from 8s 6d; Lyons do, from 15s j Genoa, from 21s to 30s per yard. UNDERCLOTHING DEPARTMENT. The superiority of the Underclothing sold by K., G., and Co. has passed into a common saying. Arrival more cases of their famous Stays, Chemises, Gowns, Drawers, Petticoats, &0., &c., for Ladies, Maids, Children, and Infants, at the old prices. DRESS AND COSTUME DEPARTMENT. An abundant and varied stock of Foreign Fabrics, Scotch Fabrics, English Fabrics—new designs and new colors. The most fashionable and most durable materials are the 11 Wool Serges, All Woo’ Satin Cloths, French Repp l -, and German Tiger Cords, Large delivery of very cheap and very useful Dresses, and very choic< mixtures in Aberdeen Winceys and Linsey Wolseys, at

6d, 9d, lOd, Is, Is 3d, Is 6d, Is 9d, 2s, and 2s 6d per yard. DOMESTIC DEPARTMENT. Greatly increased Stock, direct from the makers, of Calicoes, Linens, Blankets, Flannels, Quilts, and Bed Covers, Carpets, Floor Cloths. THE TAILORING DEPARTMENT Demands more than a passing notice, Style, Taste, and Fit being excellent, Materials the best, and Charges the most moderate. Immense stock of new Overcoats, in Waterproef, Tweed, Macintosh, Witney, Pilot, Beaver. New Suits in Bliss, Geelong, and Colonial Tweeds. Double-breasted Coats and Vests, Paget Coats. The new Dunedin Coat, Trousers, and Vest. Public admission affirms that the advantages offered to Buyers in this Department are specially great. Nothing can excel the Quality and Style of the Garments they import from the best houses in Bri-tol, London, and Melbourne, excepting those that they produce in their own Factory, Princes street, Dunedin.
