The amount of revenue received at the Cus-tom-house on goods cl ared for consumption today was LlB5 16s. 3d. Breadstuffs ft'.d grain are unaltered. Good brands in flour have a fiist-olass sale at LI4 to Ll4 IDs. The stocks in town arc low. Inferior flour has a very limited demand, and sales are made from LK> 10s to L! 1 10s. Bran stocks arc light, in consequence of the small quantity of wheat being ground, the value continues at Di. Pollard quiet at L 5 10s. Oatmeal, Lll 10s; no inquiry. Milling wheat is not in better supply. X few hundred bags were offered at auction yesterday as milling wheat; the quality, however, was very indifferent, and the greater portion was passed. The best lots in the parcel brought 5s 6d, and some of the inferior kinds were sold as low as 3s 10d. Prime samples are worth, in Dunedin, 5s 7d to 5s lOd. A large quantity of second-class wheat has been offered this week, but sales have not generally been made. Wheat suitable for second-class flour is worth 4s to 4s 3d. Oats dull at 2s to 2s 2d. Barley- Malting. 0s 6d; feeding, 5s to 5s 3d. Potatoes-Old crop are not in sale, and the highest price obtainable is L2 ; this crop may be quoted at about Lls. Straw, L2 10s. Hay, L 4. Best quality, 9d ; second do, 7d to M English hams, Is 4d to Is Gd per lb. Side And rolled bacon, 8d to 9.1 per b. There is a •good supply of eggs in tho market selling at Is 4d per dozen, but a fall in the price is expected.
