The brigantine Emulous, from Melbourne, arrived last evening at the anchorage of the lower cross channel, and was sailing up to a discharging berth at 2 p. m. to-day The signal of a full rigged ship to the southward having been hois.ed this morning, the steam tug Geelong proceeded outside the Heads to render the usual assistance.
