Ten per cent, of the gross proceeds of the sale of tickets will he retained by the Honorary Treasurer, Mr Von Sturmer, who has kindly consented to act in that capacity, and will be handed over to the Committee of the Thames Hospital on behalf of the funds of that institution immediately after the drawing of the Prizes, which will take place under the supervision of a committee to be appointed by the members subscribing, then presept. A list of the successful numbers will be published. . ~ Two gentlemen will he appointed by the Hospital Committee to audit the accounts on behalf of the Hospital.
