MAYOR’S COURT.

This Day. (Before T. Birch, Esq , R.M., and E. M'Glashan, Esq., J.P.) DRUNK. AND DISORDERLY, John Stevenson and Hans Lawson were each fined 5s for this offence. —Wm. Brown, for a similar offence, was fined 10s.—Maurice Connor, for being drunk and disorderly in the Princess Theatre on the previous evening, was fined 20s, or twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. ALLEGED EMBEZZLEMENT. Alexander Wiseman was charged by H. S. Fish with embezzling a certain cheque, his property. The hearing of the case was on application fixed for Friday, and the prisoner was accordingly remanded.
