Yates v. Ferguson. —This was an adjourned case from Friday last. Judgment fpr plaintiff, LI 6s and costs. Samson y. Stovepson.—The plaintiff sought to recover from the defendant the sum of LlO, as value of certain fixtures removed by him from a house he had formerly occupied. Judgment for the plaintiff, L 5 and costs.
