(FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Auckland, via Wellington, November 27. Mr Gillies has been elected Superintendent by a majority of 59. Mr Creighton has resigned the office of Provincial Secretary. Messrs Hurst, Phillips, and Ellis, are returned members of the Provincial Council. The All Nations Company will hold a meeting on Monday, and declare a dividend of 4s. Payable gold has been found at Tauranga, near Te Papa. The Han-haus are reported to be in force at Kukaruka, near Tauranga. Beef is 40s to 42s the lOOlbs. Fat sheep, 12s to 19s each. Flour, Lls to Ll6. The Rosario is under orders for Wellington. flatters at the Thames are much depressed, anl a crisis is impending.
