Canada, and tho United States, at 12 o’clock noon. For Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, and Tasmania, at 1 p.m. For Northern Provinces of New Zealand, at 1 p.m. For London rin Southampton, at 1 p.m. For London via Marseilles, and Victoria, at 1.30 p.m. For money orders, at at 10 a.tn. For registered letters and newspapers at, 11 a.m. Late letters, for London via Marseilles, and Victoria, hearing a late fee of sixpence in addition to the postage, may be posted to 1.40 p.m. ARCH, BARR, Chief Postmaster.
