Corporation Notice. CITY OF DUNEDIN. Proposed Building Regulations to be made by the City Council under the authority of Part V., Schedule 13, of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867. THE City Council invites suggestions from the owners, lessees, and occupiers of City property, and from the public generally, respecting the above regulations. It is requested that all communications on this subject may be lodged at the Town Clerk’s office on or before Wednesday, 3rd November proximo, at 3 p.ra. Copies of the draft Regulations may be obtained on application at this office. J. M. MASSEY, Town Clerk, City Council Chambers, 21st October, 1860. CITY OF DUNEDIN. TENDERS will be received at the Town Clerk’s Office, Princes street, on or before Wednesday, 3rd November, at 3 p.m., for the following works, separately : Ist. For Miscllaneous Work, formation, metalling. &c., in Bell and Leith Wards ; several contracts in each ward. 2nd. For Carting Metal in the four wards of the City generally, at per cubic yard.
